Data is the basis for me to provide you with an excellent service. But my most important asset is your trust in me. Protecting my customer data and only using it in the way my customers expect me to is a very high priority for me. Therefore, compliance with the legal provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) is a matter of course for me as a basis for business. Furthermore, it is important to me that you know when I use which data and how I store it in relation to the order.

HOW YOUR DATA IS COLLECTED

When visiting my website, data is collected, processed and used, for which a personal reference may not always be excluded. In order for the pages to be displayed in your browser, the IP address must be collected and stored. As a provider, however, I have no interest in creating a personal reference and will not do so in principle.

COLLECTION OF GENERAL DATA AND INFORMATION

By calling up my website, general data is collected. These are stored in log files on the provider’s server. The server is located in Germany. An order processing contract in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO has been concluded with the hosting provider. Data that are automatically collected are:

• Browser type and version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address (anonymized)

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of his website. This data is not merged into a profile with other data sources. Conclusions about the person concerned are not drawn. This data is stored for security reasons (e.g. for the clarification of abuse or fraud) for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data whose further retention is required for evidentiary purposes is exempt from deletion until final clarification of the respective incident.

CONTACT FORM

You alone decide whether you give me the data requested there, for example, in an inquiry. Your data may be used by me for inquiries, to send information material, to process orders or to improve my services. If you send me inquiries via my contact form, your information from the form will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. The data you enter there will be transferred between your computer and the web server in encrypted form, for this purpose we use the SSL protocol. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based on pre-contractual measures and in my legitimate interest to answer your inquiry and to provide you with information about my products (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f DSGVO). A transfer of data to third countries does not take place. I delete the requests if they are no longer necessary and no legal retention periods oppose the deletion.

COOKIES

To manage the cookies and similar technologies used (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) and related consents, we use the consent tool “Real Cookie Banner”. Details on how “Real Cookie Banner” works can be found at https://devowl.io/de/rcb/datenverarbeitung/.

Legal bases for the processing of personal data in this context are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DS-GVO and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to manage the cookies and similar technologies used and the related consents.

The provision of personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data. If you do not provide the personal information, we will not be able to manage your consents.

SOCIAL MEDIA

I have public profiles on the social networks. If you are logged into your social media account and visit my social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can assign this visit to your user account. However, your personal data may also be collected under certain circumstances if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social media provider. In this case, this data collection takes place, for example, via cookies that are stored on your terminal device or by recording your IP address.
With the help of the data collected in this way, the social media providers can create user profiles in which your preferences and interests are stored. In this way, you can be shown interest-based advertising inside and outside the respective social media channel. If you have an account with the respective social network, the personalized advertising can be displayed on all end devices on which you are logged in.

1. legal basis
My social media presences are designed to ensure the broadest possible visibility online. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR. The analysis processes carried out by the social networks may be based on different legal bases, which must be specified by the operators of the social networks (e.g. consent, Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

2. responsible persons and assertion of rights
When you visit one of my social media sites, I am jointly responsible with the operator for the data processing operations triggered during that visit. You can assert your rights (information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and complaint) in principle both with me and with the provider of the respective social media channel.

3. storage period
The data directly collected by me via the social media presence will be deleted by me as soon as the purpose for storage ceases to apply, you request me to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage ceases to apply. Stored cookies remain on your terminal device until you delete them. Legal provisions (such as retention periods) remain unaffected.

I have no influence on the storage period of your data, which is stored by the operators of the social networks for their own purposes. For details, please contact the operators of the social networks directly (e.g. in their privacy policy, see below).
