The ARFF Driving Academy team boasts extensive experience in leading the development, production, and testing of ARFF vehicles, accumulating thousands of test kilometers with various ARFF vehicle types.
This unique expertise and deep understanding of airport operations and fire department procedures enable us to precisely grasp the daily challenges faced by our global customers in dealing with airport fire-fighting vehicles and to assist them in meeting the specific need for driver training, thereby bridging the gaps in their training programs.
As experts in the technology and handling of airport fire-fighting vehicles, we are particularly qualified for this task. Within our team, we have professionals who not only demonstrate years of firefighting technical (training) experience and membership in international bodies but have also led innovative vehicle projects and possess extensive international training experience.

ARFF Safety and Efficiency: Our Journey, purpose and born from a Vision.
At ARFF Driving Academy, our story is about strong dedication, sparked by a simple but big idea. We began with a connection to ARFF vehicles that blend innovation and careful design. This special knowledge has driven us to create a progressive way of instructing ARFF handling.
We really understand these unique vehicles because we were part of making them. We’ve studied their details and together with dedicated teams, we made them even better. With a lot of passion, we’ve made their performance even more impressive, pushing the limits of what’s possible.
Our journey has been all about development, exploring, and testing. We’ve learned the best ways to use these vehicles on paved surfaces and rough ground. We’ve had the privilege of driving and experiencing them more extensively than most in the world.
While engaging with clients and conducting airport visits, we noticed a common challenge: these remarkable vehicles are not consistently used to their full potential, impacting safety, performance, and wear and tear. Moreover, the frequency of worldwide accidents involving these vehicles has caught our attention.
This prompted us to question the absence of specialized training for the operators of these distinctive vehicles, especially considering the substantial investments made in acquiring new vehicles on a regular basis.
We strongly believe that individuals operating these unique and powerful vehicles deserve comprehensive and specialized training. So, we decided to make a change! Through extensive discussions, the creation of a tailored training program, self-training, and the establishment of ARFF Driving Academy, we have embarked on a journey to set a new standard. Our program has rapidly evolved into a state-of-the-art initiative.
Here we are not just driving instructors; we are partners and advisors to our clients on technical matters related to vehicles and driver qualification. We assist our clients in complying with the regulations of international standards and provide documentation based on defined performance indicators.
The positive response from firefighters, officers, managers, and others has affirmed the importance of our mission. We aim to assist individuals in using these vehicles safely and efficiently, while also aiding management in establishing and pursuing a clear training and certification process for this specialized task. Our mission drives us to implement modern practices and enhance safety in this field.
